Job Title:

Recruitment and Development Manager (RDM)

Reports to:

Branch Manager (BM)

Interview Rounds: Three (2 Business & 1 HR Round)

Responsibilities

 Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors

 Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and

other activities

 Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product,

regulations and other selling inputs

 Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors

 Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by

accompanying them to client meetings

 Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue

targets

 Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level

of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight

 Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as

for recruitment.

 Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of

business targets

Specification

 MBA with minimum 1 year of field sales experience

Or

 Graduate with minimum 2.50 of filed sales experience

 Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement

Oriented Skills

 Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
