Role Overview

As an Area Relationship Manager (ARM) at Wrencho, you will play a pivotal role in managing field operations, supporting delivery partners, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and growth process in your designated region. You will be the bridge between the company and ground-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and train delivery partners and service associates in your area.

Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.

Oversee operational efficiency in fuel deliveries, container distributions, and equipment usage.

Track daily performance metrics and report progress to the central team.

Resolve field-level issues promptly and professionally.

Organize area-level meets, training camps, or orientation drives.

Coordinate with local fuel pumps and stakeholders for smooth collaboration.

Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Monitor inventory and assist in equipment distribution (e.g., containers, uniforms, fire extinguishers).

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of experience in operations, field sales, or relationship management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Knowledge of local language and geography is a must.

Graduate preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your area.
