· Identify and target potential customers for SMT machines in the Gujarat region and different states. Generate new leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers on SMT machines, including product features, benefits, and specifications.
· Prepare and present quotations to customers, negotiate terms, and finalize deals in line with company guidelines.
· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
