Weare looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base.
· Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries, generate meetings and complete at least 2 to 3 meetings in a day.
· Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and
services to effectively do the demo's of the software's and close deals for other standalone products .
· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and Inside sales teams to optimize lead handoff and conversion.
· Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an Enterprise sales or similar role.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS office, CRM tools, and sales enablement software.
· Results-Oriented: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on meeting targets.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Self-Motivation: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of goals.
