- Visit customers and keep accurate records
- Explain product features and benefits
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
It is for a company called AGRIM, for a Sales Executive role.
They are into B2B agri-inputs e-commerce platform. They have a mobile application available in play store and app store. Where in you will have to visit the retail stores and pitch them about the company and its products (seeds and fertilizers). If they are interested you will ask them to download the mobile application. You will onboard the candidate with the KYC documents. And they can place an order through the application.
Timings will be from 10AM to 7PM.
Product training will be given by the company itself.
3k special allowance.
Based on the number of onboarding the company will provide incentives.
With regards to the interviews first a 23 marks test will be given 10 marks for general knowledge 10 marks for math and 3 marks to test the knowledge about the company. If 75% is scored the candidate will be moved to a virtual interview where they will check the candidates communication skills, digital literacy, knowledge about the company and geography of the location chosen by the candidate.
