Qualification & Experience: Must completed Graduation compulsory. 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
