Job responsibilities:
· Increase client base and generate revenue from existing clients by effectively selling corporate gifting solutions.
· Sending proposals to customers in a timely manner and following up to ensure customer needs are met.
· Conducting sales pitches to potential clients and organizing sales displays to showcase corporate gifting options.
· Meeting regular sales targets and enhancing customer and end-user experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
· Maintaining, retaining, and up-selling to existing clientele and key accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
· Researching and identifying potential corporate clients.
· Collaborating with the design team to customize gift options based on client preferences and branding requirements.
· Managing the end-to-end process of corporate gifting, including product selection, customization, packaging, and delivery.
· Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 4-6 years in corporate sales/B2B sales
· Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing or related field.
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
· Focus is on understanding and anticipating the needs of clients. Listening to customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding customer expectations.
· Must be good at negotiation Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying ideas, building rapport with clients, and presenting product offerings.
