A Crusher Material Sales Manager is responsible for selling crushing and screening equipment and related services, typically to customers in the construction, mining, and quarrying industries. They develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets.

Sales and Business Development:
Identifying and prospecting new customers.
Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Providing technical expertise and support to customers.
Product Knowledge:
Possessing a deep understanding of crushing and screening equipment and processes.
Being able to effectively demonstrate the benefits of the equipment to potential customers.
Market Intelligence:
Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Identifying new opportunities for sales growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, mining, or quarrying industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of crushing and screening equipment, processes, and applications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
