Key Responsibilities:
● Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding the assigned number of products sold. ● Create and Manage the sales pipeline by ensuring the CRM setup is completed promptly and keeping records updated.
● Generate a significant number of qualified leads each month to build a robust sales funnel.
● Attend and actively participate in industry events to represent the company and create new business opportunities.
● Refine sales pitches based on feedback from client meetings to improve effectiveness and success rates.
● Track progress toward sales goals to maintain hygiene on the pipeline .
● Acquire Clients/partners by negotiating and finalizing agreements with potential partners.
● Aim to increase the average value of deals closed by implementing effective sales strategies.
● Find, shortlist and conduct relevant events for each brand.
● Onboarding F&B places for pop up events.
● Recruiting, onboarding and training individuals for Qwerty’s promoter partnership & affiliate program.
● Creating and implementing all back end processes to ensure smooth functioning across brands.
Requirements:
● Proven B2B Sales experience.
● Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, relationship management.
● Experience in achieving KPI/ KRA.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
● Proven Track record for Client & Partner Acquisition.
