Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NBFC Finance company.
· Experience in handling LAP, Vehicle, and MSME loans sales
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles And Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for the company.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for the betterment of the company.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Regular and continues market visit at client’s location.
Execute all marketing and promotion related activities on regular basis.
Responsible for Increases business and meet sales targets given.
