Job Description:
To manage a team of Banking staff and generate business through them on Monthly Basis
Mobilizing & Managing business through the Bank partners
Daily reporting of Achievements
Doing Performance Review of your Bank partners
Ensuring productivity on monthly basis
Training, Mentoring and motivating the team
You would have a strong chance of getting selected if you have- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales target and have the ability to hire and manage strong team of distributors / partners. If you like challenges and have the ability to manage high pressure sales targets, this is the job for you!
Qualification:Minimum Graduate
Experience: Sales Experience of hiring, developing and managing team of distributors / partners will be an added advantage
