Job Title:•• Sales Executive –Construction Materials
Location:•• Vesu Surat
Experience: 1–5 years (preferred in similar industry)
#Education: 12 pass Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
#Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Cement, RMC, and construction-related products.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, engineers, and architects.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback and insights to management for strategic decisions.
4. Site Visits & Demonstrations:
- Visit project sites to understand material requirements and product suitability.
- Provide technical product demonstrations where necessary (especially for RMC).
5. Order Management:
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely delivery.
- Follow up on payment collections and documentation.
6. Reporting:
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Report key developments and pipeline status to the sales manager
