We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Highly Western Private Limited in Delhi, located at Tilak Nagar. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential clients, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
