Locations: Gujarat (Baroda, Ahmedabad) reporting to the Sales Manager in Goa.
1. B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage key business partners in your region.
2. Lead Generation & Deal Closure: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales.
3. Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
4. Sales Targets & Strategy: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective strategic planning.
5. Market Expansion: Promote GoaMiles services to tourism businesses, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
6. Field Sales: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business development activities.
1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or transportation industry.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3. Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
4. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language is a plus.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining and promoting app-based solutions to clients.
