Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Executive to join our team at Raj Industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our screw and mechanical products to clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, and automotive industries. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the screw and mechanical components sector.
Client Engagement: Identify, engage, and manage potential and existing clients, building long-term relationships with both new and repeat customers.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, including screws, fasteners, and related mechanical components, and demonstrate their value to potential clients.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients, helping them understand how our products can meet their needs and solve challenges.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present product offerings to clients, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
Order Processing & Follow-ups: Ensure timely order processing, follow-up, and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related technical field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical sales or business development in the mechanical or manufacturing industry (preferably screws/fasteners).
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical components (specifically screws, fasteners, etc.), and the ability to understand and explain product features and applications.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem Solving: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Location: Must be located in or near New Friends Colony, Delhi.
