Job Title: Graphic Designer (6 Months – 2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing concepts to effectively communicate messages through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, marketing materials, and print media.
2 Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
3 Work on branding projects, including logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
4 Edit and enhance images, ensuring high-quality visuals for digital and print platforms.
5 Stay updated with industry trends and new design tools to improve creative output.
6 Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.
7 Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
Requirements:

1 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2 6 months to 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
3 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
4 Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
5 Basic understanding of UI/UX design is a plus.
6 Strong creative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Preferred Skills:

1 Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
2 Knowledge of web design principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
3 Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing.
