Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer & Operations Support specialist to join our team. This role involves creating compelling visuals for our Amazon listings and product images, as well as taking on various operational tasks such as order scheduling, shipping label printing, customer service, and catalog management. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn new aspects of e-commerce and business operations.



Key Responsibilities:



Graphic Design & Product Imagery:

Design high-quality product images using 3D models provided by manufacturers to create final listing images for Amazon.
Create compelling visual content for Amazon listings, A+ content, banners, and promotional material.
Ensure that all product images meet Amazon’s guidelines and standards for image quality, size, and clarity.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets for advertising campaigns.


Amazon Listing & Catalog Management:



Create and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, etc.) to enhance search visibility.
Upload and update product images and other relevant content on Amazon Seller Central.
Develop and implement A+ content to improve product presentation.
Monitor and manage catalog issues related to product listings, ensuring that all products are properly listed and categorized.


Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in e-commerce or product-based industries)
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D rendering tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle various operational tasks simultaneously.
Ability to create accurate product listings and monitor the accuracy of content on Amazon.
Familiarity with creating and optimizing Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, cataloging, and A+ content creation is a bonus.
