•Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Coreldraw)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Artwork Creation & Modification: Collaborate with clients to create artworks based on
provided specifications, and modify designs to ensure they meet the brief. Prepare all files
for production, ensuring they are properly stored and accessible.
2. Job Tracking: Utilise the Job Sheet system effectively to track the progress of each project.
Ensure clear communication and a thorough handover to the finance team for accurate
invoice generation.
3. Error Minimisation: Strive to minimise errors in all aspects of your work to ensure the
highest standards of quality.
4. Quality Control: Inspect all physical materials passing through the office, comparing them
with the digital equivalents. Perform thorough quality checks to ensure that the materials
meet Welpac’s strict criteria. You have the authority to request reprints if the materials do
not meet our standards.
5. System Maintenance: Ensure that office systems remain virus-free and up to date with the
latest software and updates to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
