ey Responsibilities:

Edit and retouch maternity, newborn baby, and toddler photos, ensuring high-quality, professional results that meet the studio's aesthetic standards.
Work closely with photographers to understand the vision and style of each shoot.
Perform tasks such as color correction, skin smoothing, lighting adjustments, and background enhancements.
Ensure the photos maintain a natural, soft, and glowing feel suitable for the target audience (mothers, families, etc.).
Remove unwanted distractions (e.g., blemishes, stray hairs, and imperfections) while maintaining a natural look.
Enhance images using Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing software to achieve the desired look and feel.
Organize and manage photo files to ensure a smooth workflow, meeting deadlines for client delivery.
Collaborate with the studio team to ensure images are delivered in various formats and sizes for print, digital, and social media use.
Stay up-to-date with trends in photography editing, particularly for family, maternity, newborn, and toddler photography.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an image editor, preferably with a portfolio showcasing maternity, newborn, or toddler photos.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other relevant editing software.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating soft, polished, and beautiful images.
Understanding of photography lighting, color grading, and photo retouching techniques.
Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A love for working with family-oriented content and a soft, warm aesthetic.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with baby and toddler photography editing, including handling skin tones, textures, and subtle nuances.
Knowledge of advanced editing techniques (compositing, advanced retouching).
Familiarity with creating album layouts or other printed products.
