Facility Manager

Global Workplace Projects and Services in Chennai is looking for a dedicated Facility Managers to maintain the Residential apartments in Chennai location.

Key Responsibilities:

·            Receipt of the query /request / complaint, allocation of manpower and update status remarks for the same.

·            Manage maintenance fee payments and dues collection process.

·            Daily reports and sharing to clients.

·            Preparing Handling client queries and resolving with in TAT.

·            Ensure that the services are delivered to clients as per SLAs.

·            Daily Monitoring of Log books, schedules and Check lists.

·            Monitoring staff Attendance.

·            Complete knowledge of Book keeping, petty cash and bank work.

·            Managing of stores and issuing of stationary and other items with inventory tracking.

·            Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period.

·            Monitoring garbage segregation & clearance.

·            Monitoring pest control and landscaping.

·            Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns.

·            Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implementing.

·            Maintaining proper ISO documents for necessary auditing’s.

·            Crisis Management and emergency procedures.

·            Maintaining the site operations as per 5S standards.

·            Budget management for operations and soft services.

·            Responsible for the complete operation of Security, M&E Services (Power, WTP, HVAC, Lifts, STP), Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest control, Gardening, Security, AMC management, Event Management, and Reporting.

·            Ensuring PPM activities and AMC”s is undertaken in accordance with the 52 week schedule.

·            Coordinate move-in/move-out.

·            Handling of access control and CCTV on regular basis.

·            MMR report preparation.
