Clean and maintain the reception area, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.
Clean the manager’s room daily, including dusting, vacuuming, and organizing.
Refill and distribute drinking water bottles throughout the office.
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors as needed.
Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, cups, etc.) are stocked and organized.
Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in common areas and meeting rooms.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the admin/office manager.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
