Perform additional duties as assigned;
Provides support to the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean environment;
Records data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports;
Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and coordinates with supervisor to take corrective action;
Attends training classes to develop housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance leadership skills;
Leads workers to ensure their duties, and tasks are completed timely standards of cleanliness;
Assists with issueing supplies and equipment to workers;
Plans work schedule for daily work orders and major tasks;
Directly responsible to ensure the clients requests are assigned to personnel and completed in a timely manner daily.
