Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain computer systems, ensuring smooth workflow and data accuracy.
Input, update, and manage data in company software and databases.
Generate reports, process documents, and handle routine administrative tasks.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and coordinate with IT support if needed.
Ensure data security, backup, and proper documentation of records.
Assist in office tasks, including printing, scanning, and email management.
Follow company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
