Responsibilities and Duties :

 Provide Floor Support / Remote Assistance and resolve problems to end users
 Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
 Resolve hardware and software issues promptly, including networking and Wi-fi connectivity problems.
 Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software across various office locations.
 Manage IT assets inventory and support IT audits as required.
 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and network troubleshooting.
 Support users remotely and on-site, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
 Document and manage Helpdesk tickets, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution.
 Collaborate effectively with team members and users to deliver quality IT support.
 Generate daily dashboards and reports, updating IT management on performance metrics.
 Contribute to Root Cause Analysis and escalate unresolved issues for continuous improvement.
 Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, including Laptops & Desktops, peripheral devices, internal components, Processor, chipsets, memory modules, and display, printer, Wi-fi.
 Raising IT tickets for tasks and activities performed for daily work accounting and performance measurement.
 Knowledge of office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal
 Managing LAN & WAN, network resources Configuration
