POSITION: ERP Executive
JOB DESTRIPTION
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve ERP issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to MANAGEMENT
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Provide and document RCA & corrective actions on repetitive issues for permanent fix,
• Provide Guidance and Support to other IT Team Knowledge Management Process;
• Provide resolution notes for new issues or work-around;
• Keep team members and team lead aware of changes.
• Build, develop & maintain update user self-help documentation about the application.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Prepares documentation of systems for permanent records
· Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
· Participate in work day to day required reporting
· Analyse problems and discover the best ways to solve them
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
· Communicate clearly to superiors and give understandable instruction to subordinates
· Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance
· Collaborates with other departments
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Technical Role and Responsibilities
· Strong Knowledge of Operating Systems
· Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals
· Assists in providing day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures
· Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and
or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
· Provides technical support (help desk) to users by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance
· Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment
· computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems
