Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Network Support Engineer located in Surat. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network engineering, technical support, troubleshooting, and network security.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Be updated in tracking and maintaining the internal software and operations.
Manage the asset by keeping proper track of its use, maintaining it, and handing it over.
Keeping all the devices updated and in well-maintained condition.
Being proactive in anticipating issues or situations that impact service quality
Install, configure, and support network and firewall infrastructure within the region
Support in DNS record Tracking.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of IT experience.
2-3 years’ Experience in 1st line support
Server, DNS, DHCP, and networking components.
