Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Installation of new Internet Connections/ RF Devices at Client & BTS End
• Monitoring, Install, repair, and upgrade network elements and provide technical and onsite support.
• Maintain quality of services and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide backup to NOC/Technical Team
• Installation/ Maintenance network Equipment
• Finding and Resolving Technical Issues.
• Prepare all necessary documentation after the Complete service call. customer on time
• Reach on side assign By tech team then Troubleshooting and configure Network Devices
• Climbing on BTS/Tower
