Job Summary: Kartavya Healtheon Pvt Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Executive to provide patient support and education on the proper use of medications. The role will involve guiding patients through medication instructions, including administration, duration, contraindications, side effects, and storage guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: o Respond to inbound calls from patients, addressing inquiries about medications and treatment programs. o Educate patients on the proper use of medications, including administration methods, dosages, side effects, and storage instructions. o Provide detailed information about programs, services, and benefits to prospective patients. o Make outbound calls to patients for enrolment, medication dispatch confirmation, and follow-ups. Documentation & Reporting: o Collect and verify basic patient information and documentation (soft copies) for processing. o Maintain accurate records and report any adverse events as per guidelines. o Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to Sun Pharma in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). o Track Air Waybill (AWB) numbers for medicine delivery and confirm receipt with patients. Coordination & Collaboration: o Collaborate with the field force team of Pharma and internal supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of medications. o Seek approval from the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Manager for any special case requests or deviations. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the accurate dispatch and delivery of free-of-cost (FOC) medications. Administrative Support: o Verify documents required for processing patient requests and ensure that all documentation is complete. o Provide weekly MIS updates to the client, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. o Maintain proficient knowledge of Excel for data management and reporting. Patient-Centric Service: o Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent service and support throughout the treatment process. o Handle patient escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution of issues. o Accept responsibility for tasks and demonstrate ownership of patient care activities. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualifications: o B.Sc. Graduate, B. Pharma, or M. Pharma. Experience & Skills: o 1-3 years of experience in patient care, healthcare administration, or related roles. o Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information in an easy-to-understand manner. o Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools for reporting and data management. o Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. o Compassionate, patient-oriented, and a strong team player. o Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, patient assistance programs, and healthcare procedures is a plus
