Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Mason to join our construction team. The Tile Mason will be responsible for installing various types of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite on floors, walls, ceilings, and other surfaces according to design specifications and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled following blueprints or sketches.

• Cut, shape, and lay tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners.

• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and mortar using hand tools.

• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced for a polished, even finish.

• Repair and replace broken or damaged tiles as needed.

• Apply sealants or finishes to protect tile surfaces.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Work closely with other construction professionals and clients to meet deadlines and expectation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tile Mason or similar role.

• Proficient in cutting tools, hand tools, and tile-setting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Good physical condition and stamina for standing, lifting, and kneeling.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in masonry is a plus.
