Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Corporate Advocate with 5-8
years of expertise in handling corporate real estate matters, property transactions, and legal
due diligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising on real estate
acquisitions, leases, title verification, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Transactional Work: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, lease
agreements, joint venture agreements, and title transfer documents.
 Due Diligence: Conduct title searches, property verifications, and legal due diligence
for real estate transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
 Regulatory Compliance: Advise on land laws, RERA regulations, zoning laws, and
environmental clearances.
 Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Handle property disputes, encroachments,
landlord-tenant issues, and regulatory challenges.
 Corporate Structuring: Assist in structuring real estate transactions, mergers, and
acquisitions related to property assets.
 Liaison & Coordination: Work with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and
stakeholders for approvals and compliance.
 Coordinate with BBMP, BDA, KIADB, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board
(KSPCB), and other government bodies for necessary approvals.
 Handle legal processes for obtaining building plan sanctions, occupancy certificates,
and land use change approvals
 Risk Assessment: Identify legal risks in real estate transactions and develop
strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
 Experience: 5-8 years of experience in corporate real estate law, preferably with a
law firm or corporate legal department.
 Knowledge: Strong expertise in Karnataka Land Revenue Act, Karnataka Land
Reforms Act, BDA/BMRDA regulations, and RERA-Karnataka.
 Understanding of urban planning laws, land zoning regulations, and land acquisition
processes in Karnataka
 Skills: Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in
English and Kannada (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience handling in real estate transactions.
 Prior exposure to commercial real estate and infrastructure projects.
 Knowledge of land acquisition and regulatory approvals
