We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and convincing skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, memorandums, and letters.

Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations.

Help prepare legal opinions and reports under the guidance of senior legal professionals.

Support in communicating with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer basic legal queries.

Prepare and organize legal presentations and reports for internal meetings.

Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions, providing input on the legal terms of the agreements.

Provide general administrative support to the legal team, such as maintaining legal files and updating databases.

Demonstrate strong convincing and persuasive communication skills in all dealings with clients and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school (LLB, LLM, or equivalent).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex legal concepts.

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

Ability to convince and persuade in a professional, confident, and empathetic manner, both in written and oral communication.

A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
