Line In charge- Diploma in electronics with 2 year Exp. / ITI electronics with 4 year exp.

Production Management:
Monitor production output on the line to meet daily targets and production schedules.
Identify and address bottlenecks in the production process to optimize efficiency.
Assign tasks to team members based on workload and skillsets.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production volume and
quality.
Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to quality standards by conducting regular quality checks on products
throughout the line.
Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise, implementing corrective actions
when necessary.
Monitor and maintain process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Team Leadership:
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members on proper procedures
and techniques.
Motivate and develop the team to achieve production goals.
Address performance issues and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and safe work environment.
Equipment Maintenance:
Monitor the condition of production equipment and report any malfunctions or
maintenance needs.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs and preventative
maintenance.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records and documentation related to quality,
production volume, and employee performance.
Report production status and any issues to the production supervisor or manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, assembly,
testing, and quality control procedures.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to motivate and manage a team, resolve conflicts, and delegate tasks effectively.
Problem-solving Skills:
Identifying and troubleshooting production issues to maintain efficiency.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Basic Computer Skills:
Proficiency in using production management systems to track data and generate reports.
