Job Title: Mechanical Production Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent
experience)
Experience: 06 months to 01 year of experience in production engineering, preferably in a
mechanical manufacturing environment.
Location: Chakan, Pune.
Bike: Mandatory (As the candidate will be required to commute between two locations)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Production Engineer to join our
production team. The selected candidate will work on optimizing and managing production processes,
ensuring high-quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6 months
to 1 year of experience to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the mechanical production processes.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Implement and maintain production standards, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during production.
• Maintain production documentation, including records of operations, maintenance, and
quality checks.
• Assist in the planning and organization of resources for production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support to other departments when required.
Skills
• Understanding of mechanical processes, production equipment, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with production software and tools is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control standards in production.Additional Requirements:
• Bike: A two-wheeler is compulsory as the role requires commuting between two nearby
locations.
• Travel Allowance: Petrol allowance provided in addition to the in-hand salary.
