️ Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Core site execution experience mandatory)

Job Description:
DSI Robotics is seeking a hands-on and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations related to robotics installations, wiring, mechanical assembly, and general project execution at client or internal project sites. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and proven experience in on-site execution, team handling, and vendor coordination.

️ Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site installation, fabrication, and assembly work as per project plan.

Coordinate daily activities of technicians, subcontractors, and helpers.

Ensure timely execution of tasks as per drawings, technical specifications, and project deadlines.

Inspect work quality, manage tools and materials on-site, and enforce safety protocols.

Read and interpret CAD drawings, wiring layouts, and equipment installation guidelines.

Act as a liaison between project engineers and site teams.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Manage material handling, on-site logistics, and ensure availability of tools.

Handle site-level troubleshooting and communicate issues to the concerned technical heads.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

‍ Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and site supervision skills

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Understanding of industrial installation, wiring, soldering, and machinery assembly

Ability to read technical drawings (electrical/mechanical)

Good communication skills for dealing with site teams and clients

Problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure

Experience in robotics/automation projects (preferred)

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

ITI or vocational training with strong experience also accepted

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email reporting)

Monday to Saturday — 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(On-site flexibility may be required based on project needs)
