Manufacturing Excellence:

Oversee and manage the manufacturing process of sheet metal components, including cutting, punching, bending, sub-assembly, and final product assembly.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and processes across all stages, including final assembly, to deliver defect-free products.
Balance production quality, quantity, and timely adherence to customer commitments, ensuring consistent delivery schedules.
Process Expertise:

Demonstrate sound technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and operations, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
Supervise and optimize coloring processes like painting and powder coating for superior finish and durability.
Leverage a strong understanding of process capabilities to streamline workflows and maintain scalable, efficient operations.
Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures across production stages, including the final assembly, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process consciousness among team members.
Production Efficiency:

Plan and execute production schedules to achieve cost-effective, timely outputs while maintaining quantity and quality targets.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
Leadership and Team Management:

Lead a motivated and collaborative team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and consistent task-focused performance.
Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and foster a commitment to excellence.
Customer Commitment:

Align production goals with customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising on quality.
Serve as a key link between manufacturing and other departments to uphold Beth Lifestyle's customer-focused approach.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Address production challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with R&D, operations, and marketing teams to ensure production aligns with market demands and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
Strong exposure to sheet metal fabrication, sub-assembly, final assembly, and coloring processes like painting and powder coating.
Solid understanding of manufacturing process capabilities to enhance operations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams toward achieving production, quality, and delivery goals.
Task-Oriented: Dedicated to balancing output quantity and quality with timely customer commitments.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BETCH) preferred.
Preferred Experience:

6 to 7 years of total experience, with 2 to 3 years specifically in the sheet metal industry.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
