Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

Ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted production.

Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies on the production floor.

Maintain quality standards and address product defects or process issues promptly.

Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Stores.

Maintain production records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on production processes.

Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
