Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the fire safety or construction industry

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source reliable suppliers for fire and safety equipment

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts

Prepare and process purchase orders

Maintain records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory

Coordinate with project, warehouse, and accounts teams

Ensure quality and compliance of purchased materials

Monitor market trends for cost-saving opportunities

Resolve supplier issues efficiently

Key Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication

Excellent vendor management

Knowledge of fire safety equipment and industry regulations (preferred)

Position 2: Purchase Assistant (Outsourcing)
Industry: Manufacturing – Printing & Packaging
Location: Por, Vadodara

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with a background in Material Management

Experience in handling packing materials in a similar industry is required

Position 3: Purchase Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)
Industry: Manufacturing – Ceramic
Location: Vadodara

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience

Prior experience in purchase or procurement roles is preferred
