Job వివరణ

Receive purchase order from sales team
to follow up with sales team for new p.o check list & final offer submitted for review & acceptance.
Purchase executive to check p.o checklist according to the po and final offer submitted and then generate purchase request
Check if material in stock, if not in stock (move to steo 8) or get send inquiry from minimum 3 supplier's & make a comparative (l1,l2 & l3)
to send the comparative for approval to purchase manager/md
to review the comparative & cross check l1 prices with t & c's & if found ok move to next step, if not found ok then give feedback to purchase executive.
to rework on the feedback given by the purchase manager/md & resend for approval.
to do final negotiation & place order
track due date of order & follow up on material readiness & delivery
receive/pick up material
return the material & inform purchase executive
take delivery of p.o along with invoice & test certificates & create grn
check grn with invoice & pass it to accounts
