Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct on-line inspection of products and take decisive action to stop production in case of quality issues.
✅ Maintain day-to-day inspection records of the QA department and report findings.
✅ Ensure on-time calibration of measuring devices and accept/reject M&M devices as required.
✅ Perform sampling of materials in process and conduct testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
✅ Monitor production processes, assist production operators, and maintain overall quality control.
✅ Take necessary corrective measures to maintain product quality and compliance.

Requirements:

✔️ Qualification: BSc
✔️ 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection in the Sheet Metal Industry.
✔️ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
✔️ Knowledge of quality assurance processes, inspection techniques, and calibration procedures.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
✔️ Knowledge of instruments like micrometer and vernier caliper.

⏳ Working Hours: 12 Hours
