Site Engineer Supervisor – Interior & Tile Installation
Location: Celestile, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore (1 km from Kodathi Signal, next to Chai House – 560035, Karnataka)
Employment Type: Full-time (Male candidates preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer Supervisor to oversee interior home décor and tile installation projects at Celestile. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in civil or interior engineering, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in site management, client coordination, and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:

Oversee daily site operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, installers, and stakeholders for timely task completion.
Technical Oversight:

Interpret and execute design blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Address technical challenges and provide on-site solutions.
Material & Resource Management:

Ensure availability of required materials and tools at the site.
Monitor resource utilization and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material deliveries.
Quality Control & Compliance:

Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
Perform precise measurements and calculations for project layout and material requirements.
Maintain compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of site activities, including progress updates, incident reports, and project modifications.
Prepare and submit reports to senior engineers and project managers.
Safety & Risk Management:

Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, taking corrective actions as needed.
Technical Assessment:
Candidates will undergo a technical test and measurement of area as part of the evaluation process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site management.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in measurement tools, civil engineering software, and construction processes.
✔ Industry Experience: Prior experience in interior décor or tile installation is a plus.
✔ Language Proficiency: Kannada, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
