Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, cutting, and fabricating metal components according to specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Set up welding machines based on job specifications.
Weld metal components using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Arc welding processes.
Inspect materials and completed workpieces for quality and accuracy.
Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools as needed.
Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions.
Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements:
Education: ITI / Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or a related field.
Experience: [Mention required years, e.g., 2-5 years in welding/manufacturing].
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick welding, and fabrication.
Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of safety procedures and welding codes.
Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and stand for long hours.
