Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Finance Accounting Intern role located in Gurugram at Deep Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. The Finance Accounting Intern will be responsible for financial statements preparation, utilizing analytical skills, working with accounting software, managing finance tasks, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Field Work:

Conduct on-site financial audits and inspections.
Assist in evaluating and monitoring compliance with financial policies at field locations.
Support field teams in handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Visit vendor and client sites to collect financial data and verify documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports for on-ground activities.

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record and reconcile daily transactions in the accounting software.
Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure all financial documents are organized and archived properly.
