We are seeking a Marketing Executive/ Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Marketing Lead to drive all marketing efforts for the RYZE brand. Building a salient, relevant & differentiated brand is at the heart of our strategy. Our approach to brand-building is more holistic; one that looks at the entire spectrum of consumer journey – Insight, product development, communication, media deployment & consumer activations. We are also building a digital- first business.

Responsibilities:
• Marketing Activations (Influencer + Offline): Collaborate with activation and media agencies to ensure exceptional execution and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• POSM & Packaging Development: Partner with packaging agencies and POSM vendors to deliver innovative ideas and top-notch execution.

Experience:
An MBA or postgraduate degree with 2-3 years of experience in a digital-first company or marketing agency.
• Experience in an advertising or packaging agency is a plus.
• This is a contractual position. (yearly renewal )
