Job Title: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution
o Design and implement an operational roadmap to conduct Disability Certification campaigns/workshops across eight district headquarters in Punjab (Ludhiana, Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Jalandhar, Firozpur, Patiala, Sangrur, and Mohali).
o Ensure timely coordination and execution of campaigns within one year
o Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure alignment with project objectives.
2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
o Coordinate with government officials and key influencers for partnership and promotion of campaign goals.
o Foster relationships with local authorities, sponsors, and other stakeholders to maximize campaign impact.
o Arrange interviews and podcasts with key stakeholders, including scheduling and follow-ups.
3. Team Management
o Supervise and guide telecallers and coordinators to ensure efficient task execution.
o Ensure clear communication and delegation of roles to team members involved in campaigns and workshops.
4. Data Management and Reporting
o Oversee CRM data entry, monitoring, and reporting on the system
o Analyze campaign data to track participant engagement, hand holding support, and outcomes for differently-abled beneficiaries.
o Submit monthly progress reports and performance metrics
5. Awareness and Advocacy
o Promote the objectives of this initiative through social awareness drives and mobilization activities.
o Guide differently-abled individuals to access funding, equipment, and government support schemes.
6. Budget and Resource Allocation
o Coordinate to manage project expenses, including travel and logistics costs for campaigns/workshops.
o Ensure cost-effective resource utilization while maintaining campaign quality.
7. Compliance and Confidentiality
o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure adherence to ethical practices.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, campaigns, or workshops, preferably with NGOs or social organizations.
o Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management is an advantage.
• Skills:
o Excellent project management and organizational skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
o Ability to manage budgets and report on financial performance.

Remuneration:
• Salary of Rs. 35,000 Per month
• Competitive salary based on experience and project budget allocations.
• Travel and logistical expenses to be reimbursed as per project guidelines.
