We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team and take responsibility for the servicing and maintenance of blood banking equipment. The Service Engineer will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment is operating effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of blood banking equipment.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Guide customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment, as well as provide training as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in blood banking equipment technology
- Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional customer support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience servicing and maintaining blood banking equipment
- Strong knowledge of blood banking equipment, including familiarity with refrigeration systems and centrifugation processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
