Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist patients and families with insurance paperwork and hospital formalities
✔ Ensure a smooth admission and discharge process
✔ Provide necessary assistance within your role
✔ Arrange food, coffee, and other essentials during hospitalization
✔ Act as a liaison between the hospital, patient, and insurance provider
✔ Be empathetic and supportive towards patients and their families
✔ Coordinate with hospitals for claim approvals and reimbursements
✔ Keep families informed and reduce waiting time by 3-4 hours

Requirements

✔ Strong communication skills in English (knowing Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
✔ Any undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, hospital settings, or customer service
✔ Owns a bike for easy hospital visits
✔ Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
✔ Highly empathetic and patient-friendly attitude
