We are looking for a qualified registered Floor Manager for Mymd Healthcare Private Limited in Bhangar, Bogula, Bagnan, Tamluk, Nabadwip, Ranaghat to manage the Healthcare Center.

Salary- ₹18000 - ₹27000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments

• Lead a team including Pharmacists, Nurses, and support staff

• Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets

• Coordinate with doctors and medical staff to improve patient services

• Handle customer issues, operational challenges, and team management

• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of all essential medicines and equipment

• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards

Job Requirements:

• Target-driven mindset with strong operational understanding

• Minimum 2.6 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home industry

• Prior experience as a Store Manager, Team Lead, or similar managerial role

• Strong leadership and team management skills
