Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Nursing Staff to join our team as instructors for the General Duty Assistant (GDA) training program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on clinical experience and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to GDA students as per the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.

• Supervise and guide students during clinical training and internships.

• Ensure students understand essential nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and healthcare protocols.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• For GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) candidates: Must hold a GNM certificate with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.

• For B.Sc Nursing candidates: Must possess a B.Sc in Nursing with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
