Responsibilities:

The Helper's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

General Assistance: Providing support to skilled workers and other team members as needed.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving materials, supplies, and equipment. This may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Cleaning and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste.
Equipment Operation: Operating basic tools and equipment (after proper training), such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other specified machinery.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory counts and organization.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Other Duties: Performing other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:

Physical Abilities: Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Communication: Basic communication skills (verbal and written).
Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
