Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors/guests in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Office Boy Duties:
Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors
Ensure cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen
Assist in photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Deliver documents/items within the office or to nearby locations if required
Monitor and replenish office supplies when needed
